William C. Gonzalez is a highly experienced and dedicated professional in the field of Public & Corporate Emergency Management. With over 20 years of experience, he has become a trusted authority in Planning, Logistics, Operations, Security, and Human Resource management in both contested and uncontested areas of conflict worldwide.

Throughout his career, William has worked with various U.S. governmental agencies, providing his expertise and guidance in emergency management. He has served in six countries, ten U.S. states, and has gained valuable leadership training at five different organizational levels. This extensive experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in emergency management.

William's passion lies in preparing organizations for disaster and providing assistance to individuals through employment referral services and career assistance. He understands the importance of placing the right people in the right careers, and his employment specialist background allows him to make valuable connections that benefit both organizations and individuals.

His journey began when he entered the Air Force in August 2002 as a Logistics Plans Apprentice. After completing Technical School, he served in various Logistics Readiness Squadrons in Montana, South Korea, and Maryland, where he contributed to both Squadron and Wing level Contingency Planning offices. In 2008, he cross-trained to become an Aerial Gunner, later known as Special Missions Aviation, and served in Combat Search and Rescue squadrons worldwide. William has been deployed in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Libya Contingency Support operations, accumulating 1019 operational flight hours and 250 Combat Hours in the HH-60G Pavehawk aircraft.

Before transitioning from the U.S. Air Force, William took on the role of First Sergeant for the 165th Security Forces Squadron at Savannah International Airport in Garden City, Georgia. In this position, he assumed responsibility for the health, welfare, and readiness of Security Forces Airmen and staff, further honing his leadership and management skills. Currently, William serves as an Emergency Management subject matter expert within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on continuity planning, hazardous material operations, contingency planning, and academic instruction. His expertise in these areas is highly valued, as he ensures that emergency management and continuity operations within community healthcare organizations are effectively secured.

To further enhance his knowledge and qualifications, William earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration (Emergency Management) from the City University of New York - John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This advanced degree has provided him with a deeper understanding of emergency management principles and strategies, enabling him to make even greater contributions to the field.
